Shame can have a profound impact on our lives, leading to feelings of worthlessness, isolation, and self-doubt. However, resilience can help us overcome these negative emotions and develop a stronger sense of self. Empathy is also crucial for healthy relationships, allowing us to connect with others on a deeper level and respond to their needs, creating mutual respect and trust.
The workshop you are about to attend is designed to help you explore and understand the powerful effects of shame, resilience, and empathy on your self-perception and relationships with others.
Throughout this 10-week workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore these concepts in greater depth and learn practical strategies for building resilience and empathy in your own life.
Who should attend:
Individuals working with issues such as self-esteem, love and belonging, authenticity, the development of empathy, connection, and empowerment.
A separate after school group will be provided for teenagers who want to increase their connections and build a network of resources in their community.
