Counselling for Healing, Growth & Authentic Living

Are You Ready to Be Seen?

Do you find yourself holding back from being fully seen?

Maybe you’ve spent years carrying shame, guilt, or old stories that tell you you’re not enough, that you’re undeserving, or that it’s safer to stay small.

Have you ever wondered who you could become if those fears no longer held you back?

Imagine living from a place of confidence, authenticity, and inner peace—feeling more connected to yourself and creating the life you truly desire.

As a trauma-informed, transpersonal therapist, I offer a compassionate space where you can explore the patterns that keep you stuck, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move toward lasting healing and meaningful change.

When Addiction Affects the Whole Family

Addiction rarely affects only one person. Family members and loved ones may experience worry, grief, anger, confusion, helplessness or exhaustion as they navigate the impact of addiction and recovery.

Counselling can provide a space to understand your own experience, strengthen healthy boundaries, process difficult emotions and learn ways to support your loved one while also taking care of yourself.

  • Support for family members who are affected by a loved one’s addiction or recovery
    • Explore healthy boundaries, communication and ways of supporting a loved one without losing yourself
    • Process the stress, grief, anger, fear or uncertainty that can come with loving someone who struggles with addiction

Spiritual & Transpersonal

  • A space to explore spirituality, spiritual emergence, meaning, purpose, inner wisdom and deeper aspects of self when these are meaningful to your healing journey.
    • Connect with your inner wisdom, intuition and deeper sense of self and explore questions around purpose, identity and what feels meaningful for you
    • Integrate and make sense of profound experiences that may be difficult to put into words
    • Explore personal growth, transformation and expanded self-awareness and reconnect with what feels authentic, aligned and meaningful in your life
    • Integrate emotional, psychological, spiritual and embodied experiences
    • Create space for practices such as mindfulness, reflection and contemplative exploration

Grief & Life Transitions

  • Support through loss, change, uncertainty, identity shifts and the many transitions that can leave us feeling disconnected or unsure of what’s next.
    • Process grief and the emotions that come with loss and change
    • Navigate major life transitions with greater clarity and self-trust
    • Reconnect with yourself when life no longer feels familiar
    • Find meaning and direction during times of change
    • Honour what has been while making space for what is emerging
    • Move through transitions with greater self-compassion and resilience

Relationships & Couples Counselling

  • Support for communication, boundaries, connection, conflict, relationship patterns and developing healthier relationships.
    • Improve communication and learn to express needs more openly
    • Explore relationship patterns and how past experiences may shape current relationships
    • Develop healthier boundaries while maintaining connection
    • Navigate conflict, disconnection and recurring relationship challenges
    • Build greater emotional awareness and understanding of yourself and your partner

MENTOR / TEACHER

Deanna has been a dedicated participant in many of my healing workshops. She has been an eager student of various healing therapeutic modalities and the art of creating environments that support the healing of personal pain, intergenerational patterns of dysfunction and transformation of the deepest unconscious aspects of the mind. Deanna is deeply committed to helping individuals and groups to heal, grow, and flourish. She is trustworthy and exudes a natural compassion for those in emotional pain. Deanna‘s intelligence, intuition, life experience, and sensitivity are tools useful in her service of those she counsels. She is a gentle teacher and an attuned guide to those she supports in both individual counseling or group therapy.

Still unsure?

Tell me your story and let's see what we can do! You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Sometimes we simply need a safe space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who we truly are.
